Vintage Rose Gold Swivel Signet Ring

This unusual vintage 9K rose gold signet is a really cool example of a swivel ring. Two plaques of agate are set into the bezel on opposing sides to give the wearer some variety depending on their mood. One of the sides displays a predominantly white colour white grey marbling with a border of 39 small diamonds, whilst the other shows a half black and half white agate in a smooth, gold border. The ring is in classic signet style with plain rounded shoulders and a D-shaped shank which tapers towards the back.

The inside of the band carries a laser engraving for 9K (375) gold, as well as a maker’s mark.

The ring is quite heavy and weighs a nice 15 grams. The oval bezel measures 20mm x 18mm, and tapers down to 3mm across at the back. The diamonds measure 1mm in diameter.
