Mid-Century Sapphire Signet Ring

A gorgeous gold sapphire signet ring, circa 1940’s. The centre of the beautifully silky gold ring is bezel set with an oval table-cut synthetic sapphire which displays a royal blue colour and weighs approximately 2.3ct. The setting is open to the reverse allowing the light to the back of the stone. A truly timeless piece of jewellery which glows in sunlight!

The stone is in overall good condition, minor abrasions to table facet edge. The inner band is stamped with 585 indicating 14K gold.
